[Sustainability] Moderation question

Hi everyone

I just received Alessandro's message a few minutes ago although it was sent days ago.

We think it is because of this problem:

Your mail to 'sustainability@interactions.ics.unisg.ch' with the subject

Re: [Sustainability] Fwd: Academic Poster Session - Follow Up

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The message is being held because:

The message is larger than the 40 KB maximum size

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive notification of the moderator's decision.

Is there a way to make this sending more reliable?
